PERSVERKLARING
KRUGERSDORP FEES 27-29 NOVEMBER 2009
Baie dankie aan al die fees gangers wat die naweek die Fees besoek het, die weer het met tye almal laat skarrel maar nogtans was dit ‘n groot fees vir almal. Duisende mense het die fees besoek – die malle meule was die groot aantrekkingskrag.
Die Fees het die afgelope paar jaar gesukkel met die verskuiwings wat plaasgevind het, maar nou het ons weer ons tuiste gevind en ons is dankbaar vir die ondersteuning van die publiek. Die Fees kan nou weer tot sy regte kom en beloof om in die toekoms groter en beter te wees sê Dennis Pretorius en Dehlia van Staden die organiseerders.Daar het ‘n feestelike atmosfeer geheers en almal was be-indruk met die hope musiek-talent van die Wesrand en verder. Groot en klein kunstenaars was luid toegejuig en ons gaan nog baie hoor van die kunstenaars wat opgetree het.
Die Wesrand Stars 2009 kompetisie het weer talent opgelewer uit die boonste rakke en Renier Joubert het met die louere weggeloop as Algehele Wenner.
Renier is net 15 jaar oud en kom van Centurion , maar het ‘n stem van formaat en ons gaan nog baie van hom hoor in die toekoms. ( artikel oor Renier en sy foto aangeheg).

Thank you for your kind support over the past year, we have all made great new friends and trust that 2010 will hold endless new possibilities for each and everyone of us.
Our last Networking evening for 2009 will be held at Ngwenya Village, Gilroy’s Breweries in Muldersdrift, Krugersdorp. Come join us for a fun filled evening and discover the magical formulas of success with Master Brewer Steve Gilroy himself.

COMRADES MARATHON MEDIA RELEASE 2010/13
Clarification of the Reopening of Entries
The CMA has been inundated with queries from runners since the announcement was made yesterday, 26 November 2009 regarding the reopening of entries for the 2010 Comrades Marathon.
We would like to stress that entries will ONLY open on Saturday 30 January 2010 at 09h00 for an additional 2,000 spots. Entries will ONLY be accepted at Mr Price stores and we urge runners not to submit their entry forms to the stores until this date.
Entries will close as soon as the 2,000 mark is reached.
In order to work on a fair “first come first serve” basis, NO FAX, POSTAL OR ON-LINE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Entries will not be taken at Comrades House in Pietermaritzburg.
Mariska is a freelance make-up artist , currently finishing her make-up course at face 2 face…
She is without a doubt going to set the ramp, photo,
film and stage industry to flames with her lipgloss, blush and brushes….
